Trying to find a book

I read this book several years ago and cannot remember the title or author.

A group of rogue soldiers go into a small town and begin to kill its inhabitants in gruesome ways. A large portion of the town in pulled into the gym where they are led to believe they are there for medical reasons, and pulled one at a time into the locker rooms and killed. The main character of the story is a female who witnesses her friend get murdered in the locker rooms and is running from some of the murderers. If I remember properly there are 5 soldiers.
