Carnival of Souls

I'm a big fan of this creepy film - just saw a live action version on stage in Scotland during the Edinburgh festival. Amazing. Still not a patch on the original.

That would be cool. I'd love to see a stage version.

It would beat the shit out of Rent or Lion King or whatever else is out there right now. Could be on to something. Might bring a whole new audience to the theatres. Next playwrite.....Freaks! Now that would be gold.:D

Would LOVE to have seen that. I want to say that this is one of the first horror movies that I had ever seen - Scared the CRAP out of me when I was young. :)

Was kidding with the freaks promo but honestly i think that they should do more stuff like that on Broadway and other places. Let the terrorverse expand from just the movies! Hmmm who would make up the cast. Espicially Mary.

I've just completed a 3D conversion of this film.

I didnt even realise there was a stage version of this that would be a great antidote to the andrew lloyd webber trash that usually fills up theatres here in the UK

carnival of souls

That was a good show. It was filmed in Salt Lake where Im from originally. Parts of it were filmed at the old Saltair resort before it burned down in the late 60's.
