Lotr
This has nothing to do with horror, but i think lord of the rings was over rated. good story, but a big whoopdie doo about the cgi. I cant understand how people get excited cause they have about 10,000 cgi figures in a scene. a chinesse movie called the first emporer had about 30,000 real actors, in one battle scene. now thats directing.

It was ok, a good book to movie transfer, but yeah I agree its not quite as exciting as many people say, in fact the first one was a little on the boring side!
The CGI is good though it's the best so far so I guess thats why people are excited it shows the future of CGI is getting better!!!! Sparticus now thats an epic..........

Wow, i didnt think there was anyone who didnt like LOTR!! I personally love it, but i can see where ur coming from...but ya gotta admit the CGI looked good!

i HATE lotr and how people think its gods gift to cinema. The story is tired and formulaic, with clear cut morals and good vs. bad characters....Cgi is pretty standard stuff now adays. Highly overrated...
Wait for the Elric movies (horror meets Lotr).....you guys will see, oh yes.....

I havent even seen the 3rd movie. Meep i cant be stuffed. I thought the first and second movies were pretty good but the hype is a total overeaction.
