Its not horror, but so god damn gory I loved it. Especially the scene where the 9 year old girls operating on the woman and she yanks something out of her knee cap and goes, "YAY!"

Thought it was very average..

Seemed to have a bit in common with Repo! A Genetic Opera too..

It was okay, good, not great. The knifing scenes were awesome though.
