Top Evil Books And Films

My favorite movies featuring books and films that cause terrible things to happen:

In The Mouth Of Madness
Masters Of Horror (Cigarette Burns)
The Ring
The Ninth Gate
and of course Evil Dead

What others?

Yeah the book of Eibon (like the Necronomican) are from The Cythulhu Mythos.

There is a film called 'The Necronomican' with Jeffrey Combs reading the titular book.

Isn't the Book in Bell, Book and CAndle refering to the bible not an evil book. Its been so long since I've seen the film and can't remember what the context of it is in it..

Evil FIlms:

The videodrome feed.

The programs on TV in The Video Dead

My favourite use of film as a plot device is book FLICKER (I recoomend this to everyone)

Great picks:)

I've never seen Bell Book And Candle.
Looks like a movie version of Flicker is coming out next year; looks interesting.
