Name That Film! PLEASE HELP!!
I just recently came across a video that contains a couple of seconds of footage from a movie that I remember seeing back in the early '90s. Here is a still shot from it:
 I cannot for the life of me remember what this movie was called.:confused: He is like a killer plumber maybe? I think his name is Charlie. Please help!!:)

All of a sudden it came to me, and I thought maybe it was "Are You Afraid of the Dark" on Nickelodeon. It turns out it was "Salute Your Shorts" from the same channel. he is Zeke the Plumber! Here is a viddy:
