I'll make the assumption that you enjoy really cheesy horror flicks, movies that are so bad they're good.
I think the perfect formula for this type of film is that it has to take itself very seriously and fail so completely that the result is hilarious. I don't tend to enjoy films like Snakes On A Plane because it's trying to be funny and campy (and failing miserably), and that result tends to be a painful movie-going experience. Most of the movies they show on the SciFi Channel tend to fall somewhere in between these two categories and therefore tend to be more painful than fun.
These are some older films that I really enjoyed that fall into the So Bad They're Good category:

Tentacles (1977)
Frogs (1972)
Deadly Eyes (1982) (Dachshunds dressed as rats!!)
Piranha (1978)
The Car (1977)
Beware The Blob (1972)
The Stuff (1985)
Kingdom Of The Spiders (1977)

Mega Piranha premiered last night on the SciFi channel. I'll have to ask my daughter if it was any fun.

Food Of The Gods (1976)
Night Of The Lepus (1972)
Squirm (1976)
Giant Spider Invasion (1975)
Parts The Clonus Horror (1979)
Werewolf (1996)
Hobgoblins (1988)
Merlin's Shop Of Mystical Wonders (1996)

Most of these were eviscerated by the Mystery Science Theater crew. Sorry I can't think of any movies from the 2000-2010 range.
