The Reign of Fleas
As she slowly came to out the sweet abyss of sleep she felt pain all over her ankles, as she looked down...millions of tiny welts and bumbs caught her eye.
She screamed as she felt a tiny crawly thing on her arm. Itches from the mind of satan could only create, assaulted her. FLEAS!!! The spawn of demon fleas have arrived in my house again. I am going mad. I bombed I sprayed I powdered I used chemicals that should destroy our lungs in about 5 years and will most likely kill the animals next week. I sprinkled every herbal combination I have ever come across and yet.. They Live We are infested My flesh is becoming tenderized for the flea meal of the century. If I scratch anymore, I will have holes in skin. I'm going to go bang my head against the wall methodically several hundred times.

Here’s how to take care of your own flea extermination at home:
1. Remove all animals from the home and kennel for a night or two if possible. To be nice to the kennel owners, you may want to treat your animal first with a flea treatment such as Advantage or something similar. 2. Buy professional flea bombs. You can get these at a local store or over the Internet. It usually takes 1 flea bomb per room but more will be needed if you have a large flea infestation or you have big rooms. Follow the directions on the container for the proper flea extermination procedure. 3. Wash all pet bedding. Make sure to wash everything that your animal came in contact with. 4. Sweep, vacuum, and steam clean your entire home. Remove the vacuum bags immediately since you don't want to take any chances of having flea eggs left in the bag. 5. Sprinkle borax in the areas of your home that had the worst flea infestation. Pour it along the walls, in cracks, in the garage, basement, or wherever else is necessary. 6. Take care of flea extermination in your yard by trimming all bushes around your home and exposing the fleas to the sunlight. Buy beneficial nematodes online or at a local nursery. These are tiny worms that eat larvae. They come on a blue sponge. Soak the sponge in water and then add the water containing the nematodes to a spray container. Spray your yard and garden. 7. To finish up your flea extermination project, take your pet to be bathed professionally or wash them outside of your home to avoid bringing in any new little friends.

But seriously, I've had the same issue. You really need to just about disassemble any furniture and individually treat the pieces. Lift your carpets even. Bomb UNDER the house. Bomb the crawlspace. Steamclean your carpets and add pyrethrum to the mix. Shave your pets. V has the rest of it covered.

Sorry Nova, thats sounds like a great big pile of poo, no mistake.
All you can do is keep treating and cleaning, we have alot of animals and fleas do make the occassional appearance. All we do is constantly bathe and treat the animals whilst deep cleaning the house every week. As for the attacks on your person, Im sure there are some repellents out there that could help you.
