an early drunk

ok - so i'm probably stupid but my supervisor took some of us out for beers after work and to be honest i had a crappy weekend and a crappy day so i just let the beer flow. now i didn't get 'falling down drooling stupid drunk' but i got my heavy beer buzz on. so two questions for the group:

a) should i start looking for another job
b) how many of you have let the free office booze do the talking??

I wouldn't worry about it.....unless you made a complete orangutan out of yourself.

Free booze has done the talking for me a few times. I usually think what I did/said is way worse than it actually was so I reckon you'll be OK dude. Someone would've told you to fuck up/off right then and there if you were being a total dick. Who knows maybe the rest of your workmates were all tore up too and don't remember anything :)

I never drink with workmates that I don't know outside of work...I'd be especially suspicious of a supervisor/manager initiating.
But my rule is, if you can get fucked up, it's a bad idea.
That and, I already have to spend most days (when I work) with these people, more often than not I don't really *like* most of the people I work with, so getting away from them ASAFP is my ideal.

Perhaps they are all just scared of you now that you unleashed the beast while you were crunk as a muthfakka.
