The most important meal of the day

This may be the lamest thread known to man, but im bored so here it goes :D

Whats everyones favorite breakfast? Whether its from a fast food place, or home. Mine would have to be the Egg and ham crossient sandwich from BK with a nice hot cup of coffee, served with a smile. That right there is the best.:D

Now your turn..

Hmmm. Breakfast food is one of my favorite things, so it can be hard to choose. I'll post one of my favorites here from the restaurant I used to manage.

Make an omelette with cream cheese, chicken (Rosemary chicken is good) and artichoke hearts. Sauteed mushrooms are optional, and the artichoke hearts can be substituted for spinach. Top with sour cream and shallots. On the side, an order of cubed fried potatoes with Italian seasoning and a slice of 9 grain toast with butter. Hot sauce is also a great addition. I love tobasco on my eggs.

On the side, a nice bloody mary. One of the best things to do to a bloody mary is add a bit of A1 steak sauce. It gives it great flavor and a nice little kick. I also prefer mine without lime. Pickled asparagus is a nice addition.

If course, when I'm at home in the morning, the old standby of an egg sandwich usually does me fine.

I'm actually the opposite of Flayed; I hate most breakfast foods.
However, I do love:

Waffles
Thick bacon
A nice egg sandwich made over medium on an English muffin with either thick bacon or thin sausage and cheddar cheese.
Hash browns

And if there's anyone reading this that lives in the Louisville, KY area, you must go to The North End Cafe and have their Orange Spice French Toast. One of the most incredible breakfast dishes of all time.

Breakfast, scrambled eggs...... a Kipper and a potato scone. Coffee on the side, I'm pretty fond of a mushroom and cheese omlette as well and sometimes pancakes.

But most days it's a coffee and some toast before I rush out the door.

I tend not to eat breakfast. During the week I tend to wake up only 15 minutes before I have to leave for school, and the weekend I don't usually wake up until after lunch time.

But, for arguments sake, my favourite breakfast would be:

Fried Bratwust Sausages, fried bread, grilled crispy bacon, baked beans and english hash browns, all covered in Brown Sauce.

My favourite, I will not often indulge in...a nice mixed grille with toast.
Buttered portabella mushrooms, bacon, spinach with nutmeg, sausage, tomato with rosemary and pepper, fine steak, eggs cooked just how I like 'em, maybe a kidney too...Ideally coffee on one side, freshly squeezed orange juice on the other.

Other than...I don't really have favourites.
I'm partial to eggs florentine, but will only make the effort rarely.
Vegemite toast I love...but don't have it very much.

I usually have a salad or tuna & salad wrap these days, or a grilled flatbread with cheese and tomato, or a plain grain cerial we have here called vita brits with a little milk and sugar.
I try to have a tea if time allows.
