ipod question
hey guys- i lost my itunes when my old computer when kapoot. i know i can reload the itunes for free but i also want one of those programs that lets you transfer the music off your ipod and onto your computer itunes (because i don't want to have to reload all the stuff already on my ipod).
SO - my question for you tech-savvy folks is - what is a good (preferably free) program that can pull music off your ipod? I googled it and got loads of programs but i'm always a bit fearful of those kind of free programs without references.

I haven't used my ipod for over a year, but I'm pretty sure when you hook your ipod up and open itunes, if you click on your device name in itunes, I thought it brought up all of your songs. If so couldn't you drage and drop them in the iTunes folder?

No, but if he isn't, it would be sensible to say so up front (and people usually do).

Let me know what you end up useing zero, I'm in a similar situation after re installing windows, and all my cd's are on the other side of the world.. I moved them onto my ipod before they were lost from my P.C but now they are stuck on there....
