Tromacast

Quote:
Hey all you Troma Fans!

Troma Entertainment (the guys behind Toxic Avenger, Poultrygeist, Cannibal The Musical, SGNT. Kabukiman NYPD, etc) has a brand new official podcast entitled TROMAcast: Greetings From Tromaville!

The podcast is bi-weekly and features Troma President Lloyd Kaufman along with various guest each episode.

You can check out the pilot episode here http://thisweekingeek.net/node/195 or subscribe directly at http://feeds.feedburner.com/tromapodcast or check http://troma.com/

The debut episode is up focusing on the first Toxic Avenger film with the second episode on Poultrygeist expected to go live this weekend
This post was originally posted by Pierce Punk in the indie Movie sub-forum, but I am taking the liberty of being a semi-frequent poster and moving it to the General Discussion where it will actually be seen. I know that's some killer thread pollution so feel free to delete this one if you like.

The guys who run this podcast are students at my school's broadcasting course. I was introduced to them while listening to their radio show "This Week in Geek" where they do game, movie and product reviews. I started following them on Twitter and have been listening to every new project they start.

This one is obviously of interest to me because I love the Troma flicks, and anything to do with cheesy movies. If you get the chance, please check out Tromacast. You can also visit http://twitter.com/Thisweekingeek, http://twitter.com/BirdmanDodd and http://twitter.com/PiercePunk to see what TWiG is up to next.

Thanks a lot and sorry for the spam,
Jen
