The Dark Knight is the most awesome film in the world. Heath Ledger is like, a GOD! Dark Knight Dark Knight Dark Knight.
Nah, in all seriousness, I think it was the best film this year, but not the best for, say, a decade. I didn't see many films this year, so it has to be the best for me.

The Dark Knight, Sukiyaki Western Django, and Home Movie are all at the top of my list. SWD is listed as 07' but wasn't released here until 08'. That said, I don't think I had as much fun with any of those in the theater as I did with Grindhouse last year...
