Need Help with Name of Movie Were Guy grows extra head!!

I cant remember,,but it was one of those movies they played on creature double feature on Saturdays as a kid. The movie may have been B/W ...it was about a guy who got an injection in his neck..then slowly a head grew out of it. First he was scratching...then there was an eyeball..etc.,, i believe the head was ugly...any help guys??? I thought it was the man with two heads or something...but it was a no go when i googled it..my mom seems to remember the guy being american and everybody else might have been japenesees,..

AMY I BEAT YOU!!!! HAHAHAAHAHAHA

Figured it out...cause im cooler than my sister and more wiser..so please bow to me , next time you see me. The movie is called "Manster" It came out in like 1960 ...I bought it already on dvd...so we can laugh our asses off to it.. :)

If you remember "Army of Darkness," the whole thing with the eyeball on Ash's shoulder that turns into an extra head and eventually into a whole other person that rips away, well, that whole thing was all borrowed from "The Manster"!

It could have been good, but the quality of the DVD ruined alot of it for me. The picture was fine, but the audio was incomrehensible in places...seemed like a good show though

Hahahaha. yeah, thats what I thought of at first. Both were pretty good, but I like army of darkness better.
