The Omega Man
How many people remember this movie?
I'm a big Charleton Heston fan especially if its sci-fi or horror. This movie was loosely based on a Richard Matheson story called I Am Legend. King has a writing style much like Matheson, and he was one of King's biggest influences. Highly recommend the book. Different take on the traditional vampire yarn.

The Omega Man rocked. The mutated people were creepy.
