Doomsday Protocol

Fox has nabbed the rights to Doomsday Protocol -- an original sci-fi spec from Shane Salerno, the writer of AVP: Requiem, Ghost Rider and Armageddon -- in a seven-figure deal. The Hollywood Reporter describe the project as "an epic science fiction adventure in the vein of The Seven Samurai", that revolves around a group of aliens and humans with various super-abilities who are brought together to save Earth. At present little else is known about the project, with no director or stars yet onboard. Stay tuned to this thread as more details come in.
