Favorite horror movie psycho

What's your favorite horror movie psychopath? Mine is Pat Bateman from American Psycho. I'm just curious to see what you guys think. A close second for me are the two guys from Funny Games.

Horror Movie Psychos video I made : http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=aP5fguGKsxM

The granddaddy of them all - Norman Bates.

BTW-You have a few characters in your video that shouldn't be there, IMO, because they are supernatural creatures, not people- like Pinhead.

I have to agree with neverending, Norman Bates would be my favorite. I think it is acceptable to put supernatural beings, if when they were alive they were insane (this definitely would not apply to Pinhead because he was very sane before he died, thus he would not be a psychopath). Jason would be acceptable because he was human for a few movies when he was killing people. He did not really become immortal until the sixth movie. Pennywise and the Tall Man are difficult to classify (in terms of them being psyhopath). Freddy and many of the others are clearly in that group.

Kind of feeding off what Neverending said...

To me there's two kinds, the Human ones who can die and then the unstoppable monsters who only die until they make a sequel.

As far as a "Human" psychopath...It's a draw for me between Norman Bates and Hannibal Lecter.

If you're talking the "Unstoppable Monster" psychopath...Jason Voorhees just because he was my favorite as a kid. I just always liked the setting of being out in the woods, in a cabin by the lake.

Norman Bates is very different from most of the other movie psychos, as he is portrayed as a complete human being and not just a monster. If you take away the murders, he is a very likeable character who has become the victim of his own damaged mind, which is much more scary than if he had simply been a purely evil creep that you just wanted to die.

But I have to say that although I know he lost his mind because of the supernatural powers around him, Jack Torrance from "The Shining" is the psycho that frightens me the most.

None of these guys can lay a finger on Bateman's dance moves...

(Possible Spoilers ahead) Henry (Henry:Portrait of a Serial Killer), Dr. Alan Fienstone (or something like that, The Dentist), Leslie Vernon (Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon), Simon Cartwright (The Ugly), Fisherman (I know what you Did Last Summer), any of the cannibal family (The Hills have Eyes-original), the killer from Urban Legend (it was a woman, can't think of her name), Mick (Wolf Creek),The killer from Targets (1968), Charles Lee Ray or Chucky (Child's Play, if you are still keeping supernatural killers), the Christopher Lee leader (The Wicker Man), Krug or any of the serial killers in the gang (The Last House on the Left-original). If I mentioned someone you already had, I apologize it has been a couple hours since I saw your video, sorry it took so long to respond, did not realize you posted. These would all be good additions I think.

Sorry, I already posted the new video. However I did add Krug and his gang from Last House on the Left. I also added Mickey and Mallory from Natural Born Killers.
Here's the new link: http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=aP5fguGKsxM
