So, we've had a bit of a casting switch on GIALLO. We lost Ray Liotta and the lovely Asia Argento back in February due to "personal matters" We have since recast the film and I couldn't be happier!!!! We roll in Torino in May, keep your fingers crossed for us:D http://www.aintitcool.com/node/36354

we're really excited. It was scary for a while when our cast started dropping off, but everyone involved (especially my writing partner, Jim) managed to keep their heads and really focus on nuts-and-bolts film production to keep this film on track.
It's going to be really fun. Adrien Brody has signed up to play the lead in Horrormeister Dario Argento's new project Giallo ('yellow' in English). The film revolves around an American flight attendant who teams with an Italian investigator to search for her missing sister who has been abducted by a serial killer going only by the sinister moniker 'Yellow'. Fans of the genre will no doubt be aware that 'Giallo' also refers to the Italian pulp, horror and erotic genre of films that Argento has made his own – such as Deep Red and Bird With the Crystal Plumage. Brody might well be the most famous actor to appear in an Argento film, which are typically low budget.
