My novel

The other day I was approached by a publisher I sent my novel to a few months back, who said he had a friend who was just starting a company and wanted to know if I would be interested in working with him. He looked over my book and is going to publish it serialized as three underground pulp type novels. It hits the shelves (of Amazon and some wholesale book retailers) June 2nd if layout stuff and editing go according to plan. It came up very suddenly and we're working fast. He's a really cool guy who has quite a talent for layout and such.

Thanks a lot. The title is H8. It's the story of a young pharmacist who lives in an alternate America where serial killers are red hot celebrity athletes and have spawned a subculture called Reap where teenagers dress up like John Wayne Gacy or Jack the Ripper and keep tabs on their favorite killers and their body counts and such. The main character has himself been killing women that he believes are being impregnated by beings from another dimension that turn people into twisted automatons. It's the first of three underground novels, this one about him dealing with killing, his fear of getting famous and praised for it and his girlfriend's obsession with the counterculture that disgusts him. It's basically about someone deciding between the war in their head and the battles that society needs to fight.

I hope so. I've been told I should adapt it, but there's a lot of interior monologue I'd have to sort out.
