Looking for Movies!

Hi guys!
Ok, I'm looking for two movies and they both sound weird, but they exist.

The first I saw around 1997, but the movie seemed late 70's-80's. A little girl, around 12 years old is a daddy's girl, she doesn't like her mom. I think it goes that her mom had an affair or was about to leave her husband, so the little girl hires a hitman, who she met at a mall to kill her mom. The man agrees because the little girl told him his payment would be to rape her mom. Anyway, the guy planned to kill the little girl first, then rape the mom, but he little girl is smart and had her bestfriend to come over. She allowed her friend to leave late that night with her jacket on,knowing that the man had something planned, and the guys kills her friend instead. I think eventually the little girl kills the hitman and tries to kill the mother...it came on TBS, it was a truly awesome movie!

The second movie, I saw when I was around 10 years old in 1990, but this also was probably made in the 80's. A group of young women playing baseball-some shady men challanges them to a game playfully, the women actually won, embarrising the guys in front of a crowd. The girls leave on their bus, but gets followed by the ego hurt men the entire way. These men start to pick of the women team members one by one. My sister and I saw this when we first got cable! It was great!

I've tried to find the names of these movies for years! Help
