Hostel boxset: Should I buy?

I saw a boxset containing Hostel and Hostel II today for £12 as part of a sale in HMV.

Is this, in your opinion, worth the money? I'd like to get a general feel for what the people here think of the films so I can make a more judged decision.

I'm a fan of the Saw films; I own the three that are available and imagine these two films to be very similar?

The HOSTEL films have much more T&A and a lot less plot than the SAW flicks. To some this is a bad thing to others it's a plus.

The HOSTEL flicks are also far more political and button pushing. Some folks really don't like them, I find them pleasantly creepy, and occasionally titillating, but they are in no way great films.

Well, if you liked the Saw movies, you may enjoy these.
I hated the Saw movies...but Saw looks like Citizen Kane when compared to Hostel.

Disliked the first. It felt too T & A centric, in a bad way. Then the second half didn't really do much to make up for that. I thought the second film was much better, nothing excellent, but certainly better.
