Yeah, I actually thought Wrong Turn was a really good movie. If you want a movie similar to Wrong Turn, you should check out 'The Hills Have Eyes' (The newer version). I don't know if you just like 'monster' movies, but if you like the whole genre of the 'getting caught, then running away' kind of plot, you should also check out 'The Texas Chainsaw Massacre' (the newer version). The reason I'm telling you to watch the newer versions is because judging by the movies you listed (like Wrong Turn and Jeepers Creepers) you're probably like me, not much a fan of the oldies. Anywho, have fun.
