haven't slept properly for 72 hours.
em brain dead..
my mind is wide awake took me almost 5 minutes to type 'brain' help me sleep people.. no smashed hammers over the head. no sleeping pill suggestions.. no lullabyes.. i just want sleep!!:(

I'm not joking either! You go relax, music helps, drink a nice glass of warm milk or hot chocolate. Warm soup even...warm stuff relaxes you. You get some sleep now yes

Yes. You guys all...relax...you are getting sleepy.
One thing that works for me, I read a book, like a ghost story or something, that usually puts me right out. Stories work well because I concentrate on the story, and if I am tired, that makes me more tired and foop! Asleep. Also watching cartoons helps too, late at night. Try it, it works for me. Cartoons. If it works for you, send me five dollars for the advice. I just kidding.
