Just say no to diets. Eat everything you love, just less of it. If you deny yourself things, you'll just end up giving in to your craving at some point and eating 10X more. Oh, and if you don't want any of that good food in your kitchen, let me know what time I can swing by ;):p

I don't place too much credibility in too many diets.
It's more about knowing what to eat, portion control, and excersizing after eating things you KNOW are going to put weight on you. Increase seafood/meat ratio. Don't cook the fuck out of vegetables. Stay away from saturated fats...chips are evil... Save money - Less takeout, more "Real" shopping. Eat lots of ginger, fruits, and salad items - which don't count if smothered in oily dressing or mayo. Remove skin from chicken. Investigate various wholemeal/wholegrain breads \Use cholesterol lowering spreads, instead of butter. ...Above all...learn to cook...not assuming anyone here in particular doesn't, but when you learn a few things, you learn lower fat/healthier equivalents, and how to make an otherwise average meal, quite good, "healthy" or otherwise. Another thing...those things you really want? Those junky disgusting calorie pumped, fat saturated, sugar filled things you crave...take time to eat them, once a week, make yourself want them even more. Use it. Fuck your set diets, work within your own perameters, if you really want to lose whatever weight you need to, then you won't REALLY have the problems doing so...it's only when you're not really driven about it that you fuck up. Above all - Drop soda, diet or otherwise, immediately.

I don't exercise, and I eat what I want all the time. I do however drink about 6 green tea's a day, I think that is what keeps me "skinny":D

Green tea IS meant to be pretty good for you.
Cleans the blood, good for the BP and liver function...lots've anti-oxidants. It's the same thing as black tea, just picked earlier and more dried, than cooked. I try to regularly drink green/jasmine (I think the jasmine makes it taste a little better) tea, in fact, there's points where I'll completely substitute all hot drinks with it. However...sounds more like you've just got a fast metabolism...
