Thumbs up Read Flowers of Evil???

Has anyone read Baudelaire's Flowers Of Evil??

These poems are 150 years old...they could pass for heavy metal lyrics!

I've read a few of the poems in the past... I'd forgotten about 'fleurs du mal'

I found Baudelaire too derivative of Poe (who he translated into French, so I'll give him that), and too lacking in subtlety. Otherwise, he does have some good horror imagery in his poems.
