NIne Inch Nails

I figured this would be a good place to glorify NIN. i have yet to meat anyone who didnt at least like 1 nine inch nails song. i haveknown someone who had gone so far as to track down everything they ever produced, down to begging to buy bootlegs from people.

Ok, So i am not that crazy, but i have been in love with NIN (basically trent reznor) sincei first heard them back in '92. They immediately supplanted Metallica as my favorite band, and have never left. About the only thing that gets me excited about music these days is finding out Trent has been in the studio working on a new album.

Although nothing seems to be able to replace the Downward Spiral as the greatest album ever, he has come closeon several occasions, and there are always at least 3 songs on each one i cant live without.

Not to mention that his involvement with Quake got me interested in it inthe first palce and lead to one of the most enduring game addicitons of my life.

I was obssessed with them during my late teens till I hit 20. I had all the Halos up till last singles from The Fragile. The Downward Spiral is a total fucking masterpiece and one of the best albums to come out of 90s. Broken is great too. The VHS set Closure is dope (all the killer vids + great live footage: the version of Hurt with Bowie is great) Not really a place I delve back to musically these days because it reminds me (laughably tho) of some dark moments.
