ive heard good things about the first two, wonder if this will be any good.

Creepshow 3 is a troubled production - they can't get a script.
I submitted a treatement and had a few meetings with the producers and none of them get it. They don't want anything at all realting to EC comics - they want some sort of pale imitation of J-Horror with a fractured timeline and interconneting stories. Fine, just don't call it Creepshow.
