It's Annoying When People Keep Doing This...But, Now I'M Doing It

People are ALWAYS asking for movie suggestions here...

We have been buying tons of movies from eBay lately...I started out by trying to replace the things I've 'lost' over the years...I THINK we've pretty much got everything back now, but there's a chance that I'm still forgetting some things...

Anyway...We've been getting a kick out of receiving movies every day, and watching them every night...We're just having a slight problem at the moment...Neither of us can really think of anything else that we need...

There are some things I need that I'm waiting for a lower price on...Like the Troma stuff, I already know what I need there, just waiting...And of course, the most recent stuff is still more than I'm willing to pay at the moment

I DID finally give in and pay $25 (including shipping and handling) for The Nanny, because I just HAD to have it, and I waited quite a while, but it didn't get any cheaper

I need I, Zombie, but the only ones available at the moment seem to be offered by 'questionable sellers' with bad feedback...

I posted this list somewhere else, but I'm putting it here to show you our most recent purchases...If you guys can think of anything else that we may not have that we REALLY need, please give me some ideas...HORROR only please, I'm really not interested in anything else...Keep in mind that we already have a couple thousand movies, so it won't be easy to come up with many that we don't already have, that we would really want...

I'm pretty sure that we already have all the Asian stuff we need for now...So, you can leave those out...I know there's probably quite a bit of stuff from the 80's and 90's that I'm forgetting...

Here's the most recent list:

Dead Above Ground (DVD, 2004)

Tales from the Crypt - Demon Knight (VHS, 1995)

Nightmare City (VHS, 1994)...AKA, City Of The Walking Dead (Fulci)

C.H.U.D. 2 (VHS, 1991)

Puppet Master Vs. Demonic Toys (DVD, 2006)

Demonic Toys (VHS, 1992)

Doll Graveyard (DVD, 2005)

Gate 2 - Return to the Nightmare (VHS, 1992)

The Gate (VHS, 1991)

Fear Dot Com (VHS, 2003)...ONLY because Jeffrey Combs is in it

The Unnamable (VHS)

Galaxy of Terror (VHS)

The Mangler Reborn (DVD, 2005)

Mangler 2 (VHS, 2002)

Day Of The Dead 2: Contagium (DVD, 2005)

Children of the Corn: Revelation (VHS, 2001)

Children of the Corn V: Fields of Terror (VHS, 1998)

Children of the Corn IV: The Gathering (VHS, 1996)

Children of the Corn II: The Final Sacrifice (VHS, 1993)

The Butterfly Effect 2 (DVD, 2006)

Mimic 3: Sentinel (DVD, 2003)

House of the Dead II (DVD, 2006)

Swamp Thing (VHS)

Return Of Swamp Thing (VHS)

Body Bags (VHS)

Piranha (VHS)

Piranha 2: The Spawning (VHS)

As you can see by some of these, the movies don't have to be great by everyone's standards...Some of them I just want to see because I haven't seen them, and I'll give almost anything a fighting chance...And then there's the fact that I like a lot of stuff that most people don't...

Can you help?

Oh, I just wanted to add that my favorites involve zombies/re-animated dead but not so much vampires unless they're REAL vampires (Quentin Tarentino, or John Carpenter types...Brutal, animalistic), not the mushy, wimpy (Anne Rice...In love, feeling sorry/guilty about what they are, emotional) type.

I love supernatural and possession stuff, but those have to be fairly decent.

I like a lot of low budget stuff, but I can't stand the rubber masks, 'look what I did with my new camcorder' crap...You guys know what I'm talking about.

And if ANYONE can think of ANY creepy/spooky/spine-tingling ghost movies...GOOD ones...I would be very grateful...I'm not sure they know how to make them...I would love to be proven wrong...

I don't mind creature flicks either.

I was going to make a big spread sheet, all organized and alphabetized...unfortunately for you, I'm very lazy this morning.

So I'll just direct you to have a look here and see if it helps:

what about the top 100 ? seen all of those yet ?

what you may want to do is wait for the hidden gem list ...
