That girl's in the sequel, too.

I really enjoyed both, but the second is much better IMO.

the first one was kind of scary, but the second one wasnt at all. The first was just so mysterious, and, imo, more disgusting.
(only because the scene when he sawed his leg off was way too much for me)

and my fav scene in saw was probably the head thing too.

Saw 2 was just as gruesome, but, once again... that leg thing. But what really icked me in saw 2 was when he had to dig in his eye for that key, and when whats her face was searching through all those sharp needles.... eeerrghh

Amanda, the ex-junkie bitch that Dr Gordon told Adam that the detectives took him to see.
The "think of it as a reverse bear trap" girl, the survivor.

I have wondered if the third is going to be any good, apparently, the producer/director of the first two died before filming on the third even started...

There is also a VERY well done comic out there called
"saw: rebirth" by IDW comics...fans of the film will enjoy this one a lot.

***SAW 2 SPOILER BELOW***

I think that the "surprise" in the third one, will be that the original jigsaw will be assumed dead throughout the film, and will make an appearance at the end, having gone into some kind of remission. I say Amanda will probably get killed by one of her would be victims, who will then go to escape only to "surprise" run into jigsaw.

I think the Saw movies are thillers not really horror. I liked the scene in Saw one where the photographer is going through his apartment trying to see with his flash. That or the tripe wire shotgun kill (this is better in the uncut version as you see a bit more).

Cheeb, the guy who died was one of many producers. Both directors and most of the producers are still among the living. Oh, and I definatly could see your ending being possible....
