'Dracula's Guest' Movie

Just want to let you know about the machinima version of Bram Stoker's horror story, 'Dracula's Guest.'

I've just completed this film and made it available for viewing. It is an attempt to use the machinima animation technique for a serious adaptation of a literary horror classic.

You can see it here: http://www.candlelightstories.com/Movies.asp

I hope you enjoy it!

well - first be prepared to be called "spammer" and "pimp" as it is bad manners to self-promote on your first post (you have to get at least as many as IA75 before you can pimp your own shit)

As for the movie, which i watched in full, it looked like a video game (I kept wanting to grab a joystick and start shooting) - was confusing, poorly edited, and the narration cuts in and out at teh least opportune moments. (although, in fairness, i think some of the jumpiness is dictated by stoker's short story)

"Dracula's Guest" is a really creepy, atmospheric short story, and I recommend reading it. Not sure if it should be made into a film. But the original story is great!
