Question The X-Files

I'm STILL a Phile through and through. I still do the fanfiction thing and the forum thing and talk about it constantly but you have to admit that the x-files totally went where no show had gone before. Liver eating mutants, human/flukeworm hybrids crawling up your toilet, governments abducting and performing hideous tests on innocent victims, beast women, ghosts in outer space, etc etc. It was THE most awesome weeky horror experience I ever had. It still gives me the warm and fuzzies when I watch an alien/human super soldier decapitate another alien/human super soldier.

Oh and before you scream that I am a sci fi geek allow me to object. The X-Files is the only show I have ever watched that leans towards sci fi. I am a horror monster of the week girl through and through.

Wow, I loved The X-Files for the first few seasons. I think I even started a fanfic or two. I was pretty well obsessed. Heh heh. But my interest started to wane somewhere in season five... and by the end... well, I don't think I watched any of the final season. I don't even know how the series ended. :-\

I loved the first 6 seasons. Duchovny leaving was series poison and I never watched it much after that.

i'm still pretty much a newbie to the X-files (only about a yr) i started watching it when i had to live in a hotel for about 6 mos & have been hooked on it sence. I' am in the process of collecting the seasons on DVD (so far i have 2 & 3) but they are so expencive & the places that have them for remotely affrordable prices are always sold out.

The X Files

I remember watching the first episode, and the last. I probably never missed a show. But I also think that when David left, it went downhill pretty fast.

Just started collecting the DVDs - I've told my entire family and all my friends in case they want to help me out and buy some for me at Xmas.

:p
