Actually I really think it is Jason X. I don't specifically remember that part, but I'm pretty positive they remove his mask...and if you look at that picture you can kind of see a hockey mask outline...

It's from The Dead Hate The Living...TERRIBLE movie. But yeah, that thing was pretty cool lookin. Matt McGregory was in it, I dig him so thats why I watched it...but it's TERRIBLE!!!!
