Tourist Trap

Brilliant film. Pretty tweaked out and unusual spin on the Slasher movie. It has elements of TCM, Carrie, Deranged (the best Ed Gein based film IMO) and Psycho blended together to make a really offbeat creepy movie. Chuck Conners was great in this role and pulled off the deranged madman really well i thought (the part with the killer plastering over a womans face and describing to her what's happening to her body as she dies was really fucked up). Another fine example of 1970s U.S horror cinema, pity they don't make 'em like this anymore.

.......mannequins will always creep me out after watching this one :(

My God, I haven't seen this movie since it was in the theatres back in the late '70's. I remember liking it, going to have to check it out again just to see if it's as good as I remember

I love Tourist Trap, and you can find it really cheap too, since it was re-released by Full Moon.
