just got done watching it a little bit ago.

heres the story:
The year is 2018. A man named Dante and a man who is chained to him, escape from a routine prison transfer. The guards send a rottwieler after them. The rottweiler which is mostly a cyborg with very little original parts to it. Kills Dante's accomplice which allows Dante to continue on by himself.

He now is trying to find his way back to his girlfriend to which he was separated. Meanwhile the rottweiler follows him and fights him through out his journey. He finally finds the area where he wanted to go.

Throughout the movie you get flashback scenes to show you a little bit more at each time about Dante's girlfriend. Then of course at the end you get the whole story. And the final encounter of Dante and the rottweiler.

This movie wasn't what I expected at all. I thought it was good though. It dragged in some places at times. But on the brighter side of things they did show the rottweiler alot, which I didn't think they would show it until the end and then get me disappointed. There is plenty of gore and good effects. I would suggest to people to check it out atleast once. And I feel I would watch this movie again.

7.5 out of 10

I wasn't much of a fan of this movie. The cover looked great (man, those decieving cover arts.) Then, I found out it was from the director who did re-animator. So, of course, I had to rent it. took it home with me, had a big smile on my face, popped it into the DVD player, watched, and was sorely disappointed. I didn't like the whole 2018 deal (hate it when we go into the future) and the dog as a robot, wtf??? If you liked, then great! I'm glad you did. It just wasn't what I was expecting.
