Mystery Movie

So, I saw this very Island of Dr. Moreau movie when I was a kid, the only things I remember about it are that it's very like Moreau with lots of people and animal merging in this funky teleporty kinda thing AND that at the end of the movie when everything is falling apart he gets revenge on his wife (for whatever she did) by merging her with a plant into this daisy-woman monster thing.

Does ANYBODY have any idea what the heck I'm talking about? It's been driving me nuts for years.
