it's a great series, it has been on for a while. So I rather than come out on a high note then get canceled and not be able to end it properly.

Bit of a contrary view here. Think I watched a few eps of this show on a plane a year or two ago, and while it helped pass the time it felt generic and had hardly any spooky atmosphere.
