A few buddies from the Toledo area are looking to secure a budget for their latest film. They're offering modest investment packages through Kickstarter. They have shown their short, Pipe Wrench at Studio 35, and will be showing it at Cinema Wasteland in the Spring. This fundraising is for their fourth short film in the series, titled Puzzled.

About this project: (copied from the site-link)
"Puzzled" is a short film about Emily, an elderly widowed woman, loves putting jigsaw puzzles together. On one routine night at home, a pleasant packaged surprise arrives for Emily when she realizes that she is out of puzzles to put together. A even bigger surprise awaits once she has completed it.
Filming has been tentatively set for spring of 2010. The piece is expected to run approximately 10-20 min and the script has already been described as having a Hitchcock feel. We have been fortunate enough to lock down all of our locations free of charge and somehow managed to get Dennis Blackwell on board to provide special effects, but still need to raise funds to cover other expenses such as lighting, props (jigsaw puzzles, syringes, etc.) and wardrobe.
