RMVB extension on movie files?
Had anyone encountered these?
Ok, so...tried wmp, winamp and vlc media player..I'd have thought ONE of those would pick it up. Is there something I have to do, to make these files playable? Also, is there any way to convert to a format such as avi, that I can burn onto a playable DVD? Thanks in advance for any help.

Well, I typed RMVB into google, and this was the first result.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RMVB Real Media Variable Bitrate. RealPlayer will play it. Whew- exhausted now. |

Yes its a Real Media file (I know it already), and if you want to convert it to AVI, Cheebs, I suggest you get the Xilisoft RM Converter, which I am using myself.
