Old movie about evil twin newborn rescued from a garbage can?

Hello out there! This is probably a long shot, but I remember watching this old b&w movie as a kid, (70s). Pretty fuzzy memory, but it was about this nice doctor who kept having headaches, and women kept being murdered, turns out he was a twin, his other twin was deformed, and cast into the garbage at birth. A nurse rescued it, and raised it in secret, but it was an angry, hideous, evil twin . . . Spark any memory chips?!

When I read the title of this thread I immediately thought of Basket Case, and of Belial and Duane.

Same here, especially one of the sequels. None of them were black & white though.
