Yeah I definitely agree with you about that. One of the reasons I like David Lynch's films so much is instead of trying to figure out any sort of implied meanings, I just experience it as it comes; I let Lynch's films move my emotions and thoughts as the film progresses. Afterwards I always have strong feelings I can't completely explain.
