This music is not from the film, it is custom made. Leptirica is really creepy movie, it mixes horror and humor in a great way (in a latter half of the film there is not much left of humor) and many of it's motifs are later more developed in a great film Sveto mesto by the same director.
For many of those films you can find online custom made english subtitles, and they are mostly okay. Some of those films have english subtitles on DVD version (mostly new ones).
