"The Remaining" 7-8/10
Started out really promising kicking off the action already after 10 minutes of introduction. Sadly after 25 minutes the movie ran out of steam and continued in a mid tempo pace for the rest of the movie. It also felt like the writers had no idea where to go with the story after the first half hour and the whole thing ended up feeling like a pilot to a very promising apocalyptic armageddon series.
In the end it will probably end up in the same category as Vanishing on 7th Street, which is a pretty good watch but fairly forgettable in the long run.
