It was shot in a really cool building - a huge Masonic temple in Detroit city
As far as demonizing foreign cultures goes - I saw it as a parallel to 911 - "it can't happen here"
I liked that idea.
I also liked the twist at the beginning
It was definitely less vicious but I didn't mind do much
It's also kind of fun to watch knowing you were stsnding right there
I was inside one of the holding tanks/cages while they filmed the escape right across from me in the others :)
It adds a fun perspective
