Dislocating my kneecaps hurts pretty fucking bad. So does ripping all of the skin off of my calf. Hmmm. I would imagine masturbation with a cheese grater would suck a great deal. Or thousands of paper cuts followed by a salt bath and then a little acid in the wounds.
