Visitor Q is as weird as they come, although be careful what you wish for. Weirdness has no limits.
I'll second neverending's recommendation of Santa Sangre. Strange and beautiful, classic, film.
Begotten -- You might not be able to sit through it, but there's nothing remotely like it.
I do not recommend Salo. You'll either want to throw up or fall asleep. Pretentious and disgusting arthouse. Not horror.
