Thus, My Bloody Valentine is the winner (it was a very close match between Silent Night, Deadly Night and My Bloody Valentine)!
My vote would have gone to Silent Night, Deadly Night because I thought it was one of the most unique slashers of the 1980s, but My Bloody Valentine is a great choice as well.
