Fritz for 2 reasons...
#1) it's Dwight Frye!
#2) What if Fritz had not dropped the jar with the Normal Brain? How different would the monster have been if Fritz hadn't have been constantly tormenting him? The monster wouldn't have been the same without the involvement of Fritz.
