It depends on the mood, but I tent to read more, because it's easier to jastify it. I can say that it's for the research and has to be done.
In a book the author can get deeper into the mind of the characters as well, which is something i enjoy.
But sometimes I want to get the visual and the sound as well, so I end up spending all day watching movies.
