Get all the info you can about properly packaging your ideas. Presentation counts to a large degree. The library or local bookstore is bound to have books about writing screen plays and getting them in front of producers/studios who have the power to greenlight projects. You might be able to find some info on the internet as well. Most importantly, don't give up. No dream has ever been realized without putting in the hard work necessary to make it happen. Good luck.
