Spaulding, Otis and Baby are the 3 leads of the second film. I can include him for House of 1000 Corpses alone, though.

My bad, I should have said female lead antagonist.

Nevertheless, the male lead of the film.

In the context of the film, he sure is.

Protagonists (main, joined, couple) both male & female, and antagonists (either male/female or both) are to be excluded. Purely supporting characters are to be considered here. Someone, like the cat lady from Jeepers Creepers or Mrs Dudley from The Haunting, cannot be compared to other choices listed above.
No Loomis is not the male lead, he is a supporting character.

I agree about Captain Spaulding, he is a supporting character in Ho1000C but a co-lead in DR

Granny Boone I supposed could be called a co-lead antagonist

I don't go for female and male leads, they are either the lead or a co-lead, Luke is neither.

The Stranger isn't even the main antagonist, that would be the head vampire, so yes

Oh, I changed my mind about Dr. Markoway, Elenore is the lead, Markoway is a supporting character
